Board of Directors – General Manager and Medical Director
General Manager: Coordinates the execution of activities and communication between the various professionals. The director has a helicopter view of the micro, meso and macro state of affairs and developments. The director initiates, consults and tests the strategies and records this in a financial plan and a substantive multi-year plan. The substantive multi-year plan, the ins and outs of the organization and its development are discussed and elaborated together with the Medical Director, and the aforementioned topics are also discussed with the staff before a line is drawn up.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board for the CITB is a group of confidential counselors who act as a sounding board, supervisor and assessor and with whom the directors (general director and medical director) can enter into discussions. This discussion helps the directors/directors determine the strategy, policy and its implementation. The appointed commissioners all have their own knowledge and area of experience so that they can contribute to the success of the CITB, each from the perspective of their professional field. The Supervisory Board is composed in such a way that the members are independent and critical of each other and of the development and course of affairs in the CITB. The CITB benefits from a Supervisory Board that is flexible, thinks along, advises, empathizes and can deploy a network. The Supervisory Board can be approached for tactical, substantive and strategic issues.

Accessibility
The CITB is an outpatient facility; you can visit us by appointment. We can be reached during office hours.
For acute, emergency help outside office hours, you can always visit the GP out-of-hours clinic in your area. There they can assess whether you should be referred to the 24-hour crisis service of the GGZ.
Waiting time
We aim to screen an application within 1 working week. Based on this screening, we determine whether you can be placed on our waiting list.
Currently, we have a waiting time of 4 to 8 weeks for intake. This depends on the demand for care, care intensity and the availability of our therapists. The intake procedure consists of 2-4 interviews.
There is no distinction between the waiting time of registration and citb treatment, as treatment starts after the intake procedure.
