Organisation culture
Vision of the institution
Our vision is that development and innovation lead to the delivery of better care. That is why we like to involve all stakeholders in our organization to share experiences that can lead to the best result for our patients.
The most important principles in this are: – the patient’s story, – the context and – the possibilities.
The attitude of the professionals is aimed at the patient finding his own formula to realize the objectives. CITB uses a vision that tries to do justice to psychodynamic, psychiatric, cognitive behavioral therapy and social psychiatric insights. We work professionally, committed and work together on the basis of equality and with the most modern treatment methods.
Organizational culture
Reflection on the functioning of the professional is an important basic skill. At CITB we expect a curious, (self) reflective and learning attitude with regard to the treatments and functioning together in our team.
The multidisciplinary consultation is used, among other things, as a learning environment, so that we can support each other, learn from each other and offer good treatment to patients. We work integrally and the treatments are directed from a (psycho) therapeutic helicopter view. There is also room for professional development through training that is facilitated internally by citb, including through the theme hours, supervision and intervision. This also involves external training, which is fed back within the various consultations with the team. This creates an atmosphere in which everyone can share their insights and skills in the team, which ensures that we can further deepen the content together and there is a relaxed and learning working environment. There is professional room for manoeuvre within the framework of the policy.
By taking responsibility for one’s own functioning, following the work process of the CITB, in which, among other things, the work attitude is central and efficient cooperation, there is still room for the creative, inspiring, learning and sparkling experience that the field can give us!
We take each other into account, respect each other’s powers, expertise, skills and ideas. We are aware of the latest developments in the field of sggz.
Accessibility
The CITB is an outpatient facility; you can visit us by appointment. We can be reached during office hours.
For acute, emergency help outside office hours, you can always visit the GP out-of-hours clinic in your area. There they can assess whether you should be referred to the 24-hour crisis service of the GGZ.
Waiting time
We aim to screen an application within 1 working week. Based on this screening, we determine whether you can be placed on our waiting list.
Currently, we have a waiting time of 4 to 8 weeks for intake. This depends on the demand for care, care intensity and the availability of our therapists. The intake procedure consists of 2-4 interviews.
There is no distinction between the waiting time of registration and citb treatment, as treatment starts after the intake procedure.
